Assistance abroad

While traveling abroad, we can:

• give access to International SOS clinics with world-class facilities and medical care in developing markets
• organize medication and equipment supplies
• help you with your travel plans—from extending a visa to getting further vaccinations, replacing lost credit cards or referring them to a lawyer or interpreter

Help in an emergency

If you need emergency medical assistance, we can:

• deploy an ambulance and make arrangements to take you to the nearest hospital or clinic
• monitor your condition to ensure appropriate medical care
• evacuate you to a center of medical excellence or repatriate them
• coordinate travel arrangements for the patient's family members
• arrange repatriation of mortal remains in the event of a fatality

In addition to our membership plans which include medical evacuation and repatriation up to $1,000,000 USD, International SOS has arranged optional third party travel insurance to cover both medical expenses up to $500,000 USD and trip cancellation/interruption coverage.
